the hotel was well-maintained and the location was easy near to the train station and downtown. what a knowledgeable staff, they gave us a well-designed room with a very comfortable bed and balcony and the heating. everything seemed very good, fairly clean.

Hotel was spotless and quite convenient, had considerate staff, cozy rooms. I loved the view from the room. Lots of food for an American breakfast. Modern hall. It was great value for money among other available hotels in Heidelberg.
