the hotel was well-maintained and the location was easy near to the train station and downtown. what a knowledgeable staff, they gave us a well-designed room with a very comfortable bed and balcony and the heating. everything seemed very good, fairly clean.

I had a decent stay here, great value. Efficient and silent room, savoury breakfast and absolutely delightful staff. Coffee, satellite TV and climate control in the room and the fine bed. Mixed drinks at downstairs bar, top-notch service.

The staff was adorable and absolutely fantastic, everything was modern. There were freshly renovated, warm enough rooms with everything-lovely bathrooms and twin beds, for example.

Hotel was spotless and quite convenient, had considerate staff, cozy rooms. I loved the view from the room. Lots of food for an American breakfast. Modern hall. It was great value for money among other available hotels in Heidelberg.
